Biological Activity
GM 6001 is a broad spectrum MMP inhibitor. Reduces infarct volume following middle cerebral artery occlusion in an ischemic mouse model. Also inhibits human skin fibroblast collagenase (Ki = 0.4 nM).Technical Data
