FEMX-I Human melanoma cells (10^6) were incubated for 30 minutes at 4ºC with 10 ul of Mouse anti-Human CD9 PE-conjugated antibody (red), or Mouse Isotype Control IgG1-PE (R&D #IC002P, black).
H1 cells were treated with ChIR for 48h. 1x106 cells were incubated with 10ul of Mouse IgG1 PE-conjugated (left image) or KDR-PE antibody (right image) for 45min at 4C. Cell were then analyzed using the LSRII analyzer.
