Western Blot Detection of Mouse Lipocalin-2/NGAL antibody by Western Blot. View Larger

Detection of Mouse Lipocalin‑2/NGAL by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse spleen tissue, mouse uterus tissue, and mouse epididymis tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse Lipocalin-2/NGAL Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1857) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for Lipocalin-2/NGAL at approximately 23 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
