Quantikine ELISA Wash Buffer 1 Summary

INTENDED USE & DESCRIPTION

Wash Buffer Concentrate (Part # 895126) contains 5 vials (100 mL/vial) of a 25X concentrated solution of buffered surfactant with preservative.  The concentrate can be diluted to a working concentration and used for the complete removal of any unbound sample or conjugate in the wells of an ELISA.

STORAGE & STABILITY

Store unopened at 2-8 °C. Stable for up to 30 days after opening when stored at 2-8 °C. If crystals have formed in the concentrate, warm to room temperature and mix gently until the crystals have gone into solution. May turn yellow over time.

REAGENT PREPARATION

Dilute 20 mL of Wash Buffer Concentrate to a final volume of 500 mL in deionized water. Diluted Wash Buffer may be used for up to 30 days when stored at 2-8 °C.

TECHNICAL HINTS & LIMITATIONS OF THE PROCEDURE 

  • Caution: Wash Buffer Concentrate contains ProClin® which may cause an allergic reaction. Avoid breathing mist. Wear protective gloves, clothing, and eye and face protection. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Please refer to the MSDS on our website prior to use.
