[D-Lys3]-GHRP-6
Biological Activity
[D-Lys3]-GHRP-6 is an antagonist at the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) (IC50 = 0.9 μM). Also weakly binds to melanocortin receptors (Ki = 26-120 μM). Centrally active in vivo.Technical Data
