EN6
Chemical Name: N-[4-Fluoro-3-[(1-oxo-2-propen-1-yl)amino]phenyl]-1-(2-fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide
Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
EN6 is an activator of lysosomal vacuolar H+ ATPase (v-ATPase). EN6 covalently binds to the catalytic subunit of v-ATPase leading to increased acidification of lysosomes, inactivation of mTORC1 signaling and activation of autophagy in vivo. EN6 triggers entosis and promotes clearance of TDP43 protein aggregates in vitro.Technical Data
