Detection of Integrin alpha 4 beta 7/LPAM-1 in Human PBMC by Flow Cytometry. Human PBMC were stained with (A) Human Anti-Human Integrin alpha 4 beta 7/LPAM-1 (Research Grade Vedolizumab Biosimilar) Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB10078R) or (B) no primary antibody, followed by Mouse anti-Human CD3 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB100P). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.
