Human peripheral blood monocytes were stained with Human TLR4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6248, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB003, open histogram), followed by Fluorescein-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')₂Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0103B).
