Biological Activity
Letrozole is a potent, reversible non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor (IC50 = 11.5 nM). Displays antitumor effects in several animal models. Suppresses the endogenous aromatase-induced proliferation of MCF-7 cells.Technical Data
