Detection of TNFRH3/TNFRSF26 in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry. Mouse splenocytes were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse TNFRH3/TNFRSF26 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5330, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB006, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG F(ab')₂Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113).

Background: TNFRH3/TNFRSF26

Tumor necrosis factor receptor homolog 3 (TNFRH3; also tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 26) is a 21 kDa (predicted, unglycosylated) type I transmembrane protein and member of the TNF receptor superfamily. The ECD contains two potential sites of N-linked glycosylation and a cysteine-rich region (aa 38‑126). There is no human ortholog for TNFRH3. TNFRH3 is expressed in thymus and spleen with detectable levels in the lung.
