Biological Activity

Prostaglandin F2α is a prostaglandin E2 and F2α receptor agonist. Naturally-occurring prostaglandin and potent vasoconstrictor. Induces cardiomyocyte hypertrophy in vitro. Exhibits luteolytic activity.
