Biological Activity

Repaglinide is a Kir6 (KATP) channel blocker that binds with high affinity for SUR1 when co-expressed with Kir6.2 (Kd = 0.42 nM). Antidiabetic glucose regulator with hypoglycaemic effect in vivo.
