Biological Activity

Ribociclib is a dual cdk4/cdk6 inhibitor. Induces G1 phase cell cycle arrest and senescence in neuroblastoma cell lines (IC50 = 306 nM). Delays tumor growth in vivo. Orally bioavailable.
