VasoTACS In Situ Apoptosis Detection Kit
VasoTACS In Situ Apoptosis Detection Kit Summary
VasoTACS® in situ
Visualization of Apoptotic Cells in Vascular Tissue TIssue from the small artery of rat was formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded following the initiation of drug-induced apoptosis. The tissue was processed according to the protocol in the VasoTACS Kit (Catalog # 4826-30-K) and visualized by light microscopy. Brown stained nuclei following counterstaining with Red Counterstain C indicated apoptotic cells. Data was provided courtesy of Dr. Jun Zhang, FDA. |
Complete kits contain TACS BlueLabel, Red Counterstain C, and reagents necessary for generating positive controls. Kits are optimized for detection of apoptosis in vascular tissues.
Label: Biotin/Streptavidin-HRP/TACS Blue Label
Testing Format: Light Microscopy
Sample Type: Fixed cells, Embedded tissues, Frozen tissues
Size: 30 Tests
