Phospho-Tyrosine Antibodies

R&D Systems now offers Phospho-Tyrosine antibodies suitable for all applications typically used to analyze protein tyrosine phosphorylation, including Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA.

Detection of Tyrosine-Phosphorylated Proteins by Western Blotting Detection of Tyrosine-Phosphorylated Proteins in Human Epidermoid Carcinoma Cells by Immunohistochemistry
Figure 1. Lysates from human A431 cells were either untreated (-) or treated with 50 µM pervanadate (PV) for 15 minutes and resolved by SDS-PAGE. The lysates were transferred to a membrane and detected with 1 µg/mL R&D Systems' Mouse Anti-Phospho-Tyrosine Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1676). Figure 3. Detection of Phospho-Tyrosine in EGF-treated human epidermoid carcinoma cells (A431 cells) using R&D Systems' Mouse Anti-Phospho-Tyrosine Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1676). Cells were stained using Rhodamine X Red-conjugated anti-mouse secondary antibody (red) and counterstained with Fluoro Nissl Green (green).

Detection of Tyrosine-Phosphorylated Proteins by Immunoprecipitation Detection of Tyrosine-Phosphorylated EGF R by ELISA with Competitor Comparison
Figure 2. Lysates from human A431 cells were either untreated (-) or treated with 300 µM pervanadate (PV) for 15 minutes and immunoprecipitated with R&D Systems' Agarose-conjugated Mouse Anti-Phospho-Tyrosine Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # AGM1676). The biotinylated antibodies used to immunoblot were either Mouse Anti-Phospho-Tyrosine Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAM1676) or Goat Anti-Human EGF R Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF231). Figure 4.Human A431 cells were either untreated or treated with 100 ng/mL of R&D Systems' Recombinant Human EGF (Catalog # 236-EG) for 5 minutes. Activation of EGF R was analyzed by ELISA using the anti-human EGF R antibody from the R&D Systems' Phospho-EGF R DuoSet® IC ELISA (Catalog # DYC1095B) for capture and R&D Systems' HRP-conjugated Mouse Anti-Phospho-Tyrosine Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # HAM1676), or a comparable antibody from Competitor 1 or Competitor 2, for detection.
